Product Experience
My path into product management grew directly out of research. For 6+ years I've been doing the same core work — understanding users, identifying market gaps, and shaping what gets built and why. The title became Product Manager in 2022; the function started well before that.
Quantum Metric
- Took full ownership of Interactions and led its end-to-end redesign across 5 iterative releases, turning it into the platform's 3rd most-used tool and delivering a +20% ARR increase for the SKU in year one.
- Built and led a cross-functional squad (Eng, Design, Sales Engineering) through a complete product overhaul; brought engineers directly into customer conversations, resulting in the highest team happiness scores in the R&D org.
- Partnered with the Director of Sales Engineering to build the executive ROI case, quantifying ARR at risk and positioning the revamp as a competitive play in EMEA — where the feature became a deal-closer post-launch.
- Drove UX quality from 2.5 → 3.5 on the UXLite framework by designing for non-technical users, reducing setup from multiple configuration steps to a single click.
Quantum Metric
- Led foundational market and user research across the product portfolio, generating strategic insights that directly shaped roadmap prioritization for multiple features including Interactions and Visible.
- Defined competitive positioning research that helped PMs identify market gaps and sequence feature investments to maximize value delivery — research that became the foundation for two major product revamps.
- Built ongoing feedback relationships with key customer segments including merchandisers, translating their evolving needs into product improvements that strengthened QM's offering for that persona over time.

- Embedded within Google's Next Billion Users initiative as part of a horizontal research team, supporting strategic decisions across YouTube Go, Android Go, Google Go, and Files.
- Delivered cross-cultural behavioral research (4-country longitudinal study, 75 participants across 3 continents) that influenced UX adaptations on core products including YouTube and Google Maps for emerging-market audiences.
- Contributed research that supported the strategic decision to promote Files from an NBU-specific product to a core Google product — demonstrating the direct business impact of user insight on product investment decisions.
