With over a decade of experience across consulting, research, and product management. I’ve dedicated my career to closing the gap between human needs and business growth. Specializing in leading cross-functional teams through complex problems—most recently at Quantum Metric, where I turned high-friction features into core business drivers. My path into product management grew directly out of research. For 6+ years I've been doing the same core work — understanding users, identifying market gaps, and shaping what gets built and why. The title became Product Manager in 2022; the function started well before that.

Dec 2022 – Present Quantum Metric
Product Manager
  • Took full ownership of Interactions and led its end-to-end redesign across 5 iterative releases, turning it into the platform's 3rd most-used tool and delivering a +20% ARR increase for the SKU in year one.
  • Built and led a cross-functional squad through a complete product overhaul; brought engineers directly into customer conversations, resulting in the highest team happiness scores in the R&D org.
  • Partnered with the Director of Sales Engineering to build the executive ROI case and position the revamp as a competitive play in EMEA — where the feature became a deal-closer post-launch.
  • Drove UX quality from 2.5 → 3.5 on the UXLite framework by designing for non-technical users, reducing setup from multiple steps to a single click.

  • Led foundational market and user research across the product portfolio, generating strategic insights that directly shaped roadmap prioritization for multiple features.
  • Defined competitive positioning research that helped PMs identify market gaps — research that became the foundation for two major product revamps.
  • Built ongoing feedback relationships with key customer segments including merchandisers, translating evolving needs into product improvements over time.

  • Contributed research that supported promoting Files from an NBU-specific product to a core Google product — demonstrating direct business impact of user insight.
